Product Details
Our grass-finished half beef is an excellent way to stock your freezer and save money. Priced at $6.90 per pound based on the hanging weight/carcass, a half beef typically ranges from 350 to 425 pounds, yielding 200 to 250 pounds of meat depending on the animal’s size and your chosen cuts. Once you place a deposit, we’ll contact you with a cut sheet via email when the time comes closer. The next processing date will be mid summer, and we’ll email you a cut sheet as the date approaches.
