Product Details
Our grass-finished half beef is an excellent way to stock your freezer and save money. Priced at $8.75 per pound based on the hanging weight/carcass, a half beef typically ranges from 300 to 375 pounds, yielding 175 to 225 pounds of meat depending on the animal’s size and your chosen cuts. Once you place a deposit, we’ll contact you with a cut sheet via email when the time comes closer. The next processing date will be the beginning of August and then the meat will be ready to pickup in September. We’ll email you a cut sheet as the date approaches.
