Our grass-finished whole beef is a fantastic way to stock your freezer and save money. The price is $6.75 per pound, based on the hanging weight/carcass. A whole beef carcass typically weighs between 700 to 850 pounds, yielding about 400 to 500 pounds of meat depending on the animal's size and the cuts you select. Once you place a deposit, we’ll reach out with a cut sheet via email when the processing date gets closer..
