Our grass-finished whole beef is a fantastic way to stock your freezer and save money. The price is $8.55 per pound, based on the hanging weight/carcass. A whole beef carcass typically weighs between 600 to 750 pounds, yielding about 350 to 450 pounds of meat depending on the animal's size and the cuts you select. Once you place a deposit, we’ll reach out with a cut sheet via email when the processing date gets closer..
